How do I track my order?
 
  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped for domestic orders.

  • A customs tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped for all international customers.

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

US DOMESTIC

  • Free domestic ground shipping (7-10 business days) via UPS

  • Orders must be received by 12pm PST Monday-Friday to accommodate rush shipping requests

  • All shipping methods apply to business days (Monday-Friday) ONLY

  • We cannot under any circumstances change or cancel orders once they have been received. We apologize for this inconvenience.

  • Please note that when paying with an eCheck via Paypal, your order will not be processed or shipped until the eCheck has cleared which may take 3-5 days.

     

     

     

     

How do I repair an item?
 
  • Submit a Return Authorization. You will need to enter your email address and Order # to process.

  • A prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided with original shipment (Domestic only).

  • Once we receive your return package, please allow 3 business days for your repair to be processed.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping postage and fees

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

How can I contact your couriers?
 
  • Upon clicking the tracking number, the link will take you directly to the couriers site. You will find all contact information for the courier there. 

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 
  • $35 USD flat fee for all international shipments up to 5lbs via DHL.

  • Duties, taxes or other fees are NOT included in the flat fee. The customer will be responsible for any additional cost(s). Please see DHL for additional information.

  • Most international deliveries take 5-7 business days to arrive.

  • Additional fees apply to all orders over 5 lbs or rush deliveries

  • Any international order with a billing + shipping address mismatch will require a valid phone number and further confirmation from the billed party

  • If your international shipment is returned to House of Adnama due to it being undeliverable or refused, House of Adnama reserves the right to charge your provided method of payment the full amount incurred by House of Adnama

     

     

     

     

    What is your return policy?

 
  • All sale items are final sale. We cannot exchange or issue a refund for items purchased from collection unless damaged in which case we will repair for you.

  • A prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided with original shipment (Domestic only).

  • Once we receive your return package, please allow 3 business days for your repair to be processed.

  • An $8 processing fee is applied to every repair credit.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping postage and fees

  • House of Adnama reserves the right to determine eligibility for repairs and deny any repair at our discretion

  • Once we receive your repair package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note; that this email will be sent to the email address as provided on your original order.
