Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns for most items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

 

 

In-House Collections

This policy applies to all items purchased directly from our in-house collections.

Return Eligibility & Conditions:


To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original, new condition.

  • Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or fragrances.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at by filling out the contact form with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package your item(s) and mail them to the address provided. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Refunds:


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Curator's Choice & ADNAMA Casual Collections (Drop-Shipped Items)

Items from our Curator's Choice and ADNAMA Casual sections are shipped directly from our network of drop shipping locations. As such, they follow a distinct return process.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Direct Contact: For any return or exchange requests for these items, you must contact the drop shipper directly. Contact information for the drop shipper can be found on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

  • Designer's Policy: All returns, exchanges, and refunds for these collections are subject to the individual drop shipper's policies. We facilitate the connection, but the drop shipper manages the return process, including eligibility, shipping, and refunds.

  • Our Role: We are here to support you. If you have any difficulty contacting a drop shipper or resolving an issue, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist in facilitating communication.

 

 

 

Important Exceptions

  • Final Sale: All items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of high-value items over $500 to cover processing and handling. This will be communicated during the return authorization process.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it right away.
